Reform Software is a software company based in İvedik OSB, Ankara. We build software for very different businesses, from translation agencies and 3D print farms to a London fashion label and mobile app users.
The name is deliberate. Most businesses do not start from zero. They already have a way of working, in spreadsheets, notebooks and programs that do not talk to each other, and that way of working has carried them this far. We do not throw it away; we understand it and rebuild it.
To do that we have to work on every layer of a system. When the software that talks to the machine, the service that moves the data, the database that holds the rules, the dashboard on screen and the app in your pocket all come from the same team, work stops getting lost between layers.
We also turn the needs we keep meeting in client work into products. That is how Additra3D, Crema Kiosk, PenForge and TransForge started.
